Every roof is different. Pricing depends on size, pitch, materials, the condition of your existing roof, and any structural work needed. Most residential roof replacements in our service area fall within a wide range but the only way to get an accurate number is a free in-home estimate. Our quotes are line-item transparent, so you’ll see exactly what you’re paying for.
Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1-3 days. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. Your production manager will give you a firm timeline before we start.
